lpv:spoken text	"Today I voted in support of this objection, which concerns a proposal for a new implementing act on the phytosanitary measures for import of plants and plants products. The Commission draft would modify the existing rules for citruses for processing in specific countries. The outbreak of Xyllela fastidiosa in Italy and the introduction of invasive alien species in Europe show that we need to ensure that all imports of plants or plants products are free of pests. One infected plant can destroy a whole sector or the economy of a whole region."@en1
