lpv:spoken text	"I continue to express my strong concern for the grave human rights violations going on in Turkey, which I have witnessed first-hand, especially in the Kurdish regions. The mass arrests and crack down on media outlets and journalists must stop. I therefore welcome the freezing of EU-Turkey accession talks, a step which must be followed by harsher and more determined measures, unless the Turkish Government restores full democracy and upholds human rights and the rule of law. Turkish authorities must also stop committing atrocities in the Kurdish regions, and must allow the world’s media to access the area in order for the true situation to be reported on. I reiterate my call that all imprisoned HDP MPs must be released immediately."@en1
