lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report which paves the way for a review of the legislation covering fishery controls. UK fishermen play by the rules and it is only right that Spanish, Portuguese and every other Member State implement the rules in the same way. If they don’t, there is no point in having a Common Fisheries Policy. This report calls for a level playing field so that fishermen across the EU can safely know they are not being undermined by their neighbours. This is something that I strongly support."@en1
