lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report. This proposed regulation is essentially a deportation charter. The focus of the proposal is to create a common EU travel document to be issued – with the sole purpose of deportation – only to third-country nationals in the EU ‘illegally’. This EU deportation passport would be uniform and mandatory for Member States to use. It would be printed in only an EU or one third-county language, so most people affected by it would not be able to read it; the document is to specify ‘distinguishing features’; it would contain personal data; and it would be managed by EURODAC and the Schengen Information Service. Recognition of this deportation document would also be a prerequisite for any third-country migration/asylum cooperation with the EU. For the above reasons, I voted against the proposal."@en1
