lpv:spoken text	"With my Labour and Socialist colleagues, I voted in favour of this report because the Africa Trust fund is one piece in the puzzle of the EU’s response to the migration crisis. It supports the Commission’s efforts to address the problem of global migratory flows, but stresses that efforts to address this problem should not take resources away from development funds concentrating on the root causes of migration. This report also calls for steps to be taken so that the Trust Funds are better monitored by the European Parliament, because they currently lack transparency in their use."@en1
