By ratifying this WHO framework, Parliament will be making a significant contribution to the FTC protocols’ swift entry into force and implementation. This will allow for provisions to be made to tackle the wide range of problems which should lead to successes in reducing tobacco-related deaths and diseases worldwide."@en1
