It is the EU which is facilitating this horrendous crime. It is the free movement of people, the Schengen Area and the open door immigration/asylum policy which is allowing trafficking to flourish once again. Free movement allows the perfect environment for trafficking to flourish, with no checks at the borders between countries and no criminal background checks."@en1
