lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of Amendment 5 which concerns the case of the EU Commission fining eight internet financial institutions. The fine was in respect of their participating in illegal cartels in markets for financial derivatives in relation to LIBOR and EUROLIBOR benchmark interest rate fraud. So far no payments have been made and nobody who was affected by this fraud has been reimbursed. The amendment called on the Commission to deposit and publish its decision in regard to imposing these fines and to publish the discussion."@en1
