lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the proposal for a directive on the interoperability of the rail system within the EU. This directive, together with the Safety Directive (RSD), and the European Railways Agency (ERA) regulation, makes up the technical pillar of the 4th Railway Package. The European Railways Agency will now be a one-stop shop for all applications for safety certification and the authorisation of locomotives and rolling stock for cross-border services. This will enable the ERA to reduce costs and certification deadlines for the rail industry, in a similar way to the EU air model."@en1
