lpv:spoken text	"I would like to thank my colleague, comrade and countryman, Derek Vaughan, for his work on these reports. The 32 decentralised agencies of the European Union are vitally important in terms of delivering the goals and results of the European Union’s policies. There is now good progress being made in terms of the agencies sharing best practice and, where feasible, support services. Their network is strong and they are working with the Commission to implement the Roadmap on Decentralised Agencies. I support the Agencies in their work, it is a clear benefit to the citizens of the West Midlands and the performance of the Agencies is improving year on year. It is important therefore that I voted in favour of this discharge procedure and allow the agencies to continue their work with limited undermining."@en1
