lpv:spoken text	"It is essential to the continued development of the single market that we regularly review the implementation of regulations that nurtures the free movement of goods and the free movement of services, enhances competitiveness, promotes a business- and consumer-friendly environment based on transparent, simple, and consistent rules offering legal certainty and clarity. While this report focuses less on individually assessing these factors of single market legislation and more on better legislation in a larger and more general sense, I did vote in favour of this report as it calls on the Commission to improve its understanding of factors which influence policy implementation, and asks that new legislation be based on thorough impact assessments and to be as technology-neutral and future-proof as possible to ensure better regulation."@en1
