lpv:spoken text	"I supported this report, along with my Labour colleagues because I believe that the breeding of livestock, particularly of animals with a high level of genetic particularity, not only contributes to the economic and social development of the rural areas where it takes place, but it is also one of the pillars on which the EU's food security is based. On top of that, the new draft regulation delivers necessary consolidation and simplification of existing laws, clarifies the rights and obligations of animal breeders and their organisations as well as contributes towards the completion of the Single Market while reaffirming Member States' competences where appropriate."@en1
