lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the European Central Bank Annual Report 2014. This annual report describes the previous year’s activities of the European Central Bank and reports on the eurozone’s monetary policy. It correctly highlights our modest recovery and current low growth environment. Its outlines some clear causes and obstacles of the Union’s slow growth such as poor financing conditions for SMEs, the modest impact of the asset purchase programme on money and credit dynamics, and the effect of negative interest rates on deposits. It also correctly voices concerns about possible unintended consequences and long-term effects of unconventional monetary policy measures. I was particularly pleased to see the report also states that the ECB’s involvement in the troika was illegal and calls for an assessment of the role the ECB played within troika."@en1
