This matter was delayed from a vote on 4 February for no better reasons than to save embarrassment and the diplomatic niceties ahead of the delegation visit. Since that time, I am sure colleagues across the House will be disgusted that more people have died, cholera has spread further and the infrastructure has decayed further. I think it is a shame on this place that this vote was delayed from the 4th at the hands of innocent Yemeni civilians."@en1
