lpv:spoken text	"I chose to support this report due to the fact that the SAA establishes contractual relations which provide for enhanced political dialogue, closer trade integration and new forms of cooperation. It covers numerous sectors, including the respect for and strengthening of democratic principles and human rights, establishing a framework for cooperation on sectors such as education, energy, environment, justice and home affairs. The SAA also includes provisions aiming to promote European standards in areas such as competition, procurement, intellectual property and consumer protection, and it aims to establish a free trade area. The SAA is a very important first formal step towards the EU accession process and the European integration path on the Republic of Kosovo. The European Parliament looks forward to a further strengthening of relations between the Republic of Kosovo and the EU."@en1
