lpv:spoken text	"As a leading donor and key global player in humanitarian action, the EU should take a leading role in the first-ever World Humanitarian Summit (WHS). I therefore welcome this report outlining the key challenges and opportunities for humanitarian assistance. The humanitarian crises pose many challenges and the WHS presents an opportunity for the EU to build partnership and find common ground on humanitarian principles and international standards, enhance cooperation and coordination of assistance. Together, we must ensure children, women and people with disabilities are protected, improve and increase the cooperation between humanitarian and development policies, and also ensure access to education is a priority in humanitarian emergencies."@en1
