lpv:spoken text	"We need a clear definition of low-income developing countries and emerging economies, and we must ensure that the principle of special and differential treatment (S&DT) constitutes an integral part of the negotiations. This has always been part of EU trade policy and we just cannot dismantle our system of preferential trade with our friends in the African, Caribbean and Pacific countries without bringing a solution to their needs. Ten years after the beginning of the Doha Round, the WTO itself is at a crossroads. It is time to accomplish structural reform, in order to better guarantee an open, fair and non-discriminatory trading system based on shared and applied rules. It should contemplate new challenges such as climate change and sustainability as well as new actors such as SMEs and innovative start-ups."@en1
