I agree that not only do we additionally need to reach out to those who have been unemployed for 18 months or more, but it is paramount that Member State policies target short-term unemployment (less than 12 months) and youth unemployment. This will fit in seamlessly with policies aimed at tackling long-term unemployment."@en1
