"I voted against this report. The report proposed that EUR 1.3 billion be allocated to competitiveness for growth and jobs, EUR 467 million to economic, social and territorial cohesion and EUR 931 million to security and citizenship, breaking the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) commitment ceilings. I believe that, in the current economic climate, breaking the MFF budget is not fiscally responsible."@en1
