"I voted in favour of this report which will subject 4,4'-DMAR and MT-45 to control measures. The high toxicity of these drugs and their link to high numbers of fatal and non-fatal intoxications mean that control measures are necessary to get avoid future tragedies. New psychoactive substances emerge on the market all the time and can be extremely harmful to consumers."@en1
