lpv:spoken text	"I supported the speeding—up of the implementation of all the initiatives in the report of the 2011 White Paper on transport. The European Commission adopted in 2011 a roadmap of 40 initiatives to build a competitive transport system to increase mobility, remove major barriers in key areas and fuel growth and employment. The review of this paper serves to increase and streamline those 40 initiatives. A stronger harmonisation of the European transport area and a fairer competition in transport must be developed. Of particular importance is the need for achieving the Single European Sky and the 4th Railway Package, and resolving the Anglo-Spanish dispute over Gibraltar."@en1
