lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report because education is considered a key instrument for meeting the individual needs of citizens and a way to improve their life situation. The rate of youth unemployment in the EU is on average 22%, and in some countries and regions this figure exceeds 50%. This is far too high. We need innovative solutions, and research shows that promoting entrepreneurship though education has a proven positive impact."@en1
