lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report which was initiative report with a Roll Call Vote on the final vote. The report was concerned with ICTs and their application/usages in surveillance programmes. The report contained some very positive aspects. Primarily, it defended and called for the de-criminalisation of whistle-blowers. Moreover, the report called for caution when exporting ICTs to third countries with poor human rights track records. It was for these reasons that I tabled a positive vote."@en1
