lpv:spoken text	"I voted for this resolution, which criticises OLAF for poor cooperation with its Supervisory Committee. The Supervisory Committee has consistently pointed out its inability to supervise OLAF’s independence due to the lack of access to necessary information. OLAF did not take into account the three recommendations the Supervisory Committee made in Opinion No 1/2014 – namely that OLAF did not issue guidelines on the application of the selection principles (efficient use of resources, proportionality, subsidiarity/added value) and, instead of reviewing the financial indicators to adapt them to the reality of spending programs, OLAF has abolished them completely."@en1
