lpv:spoken text	"Madam President, the Commissioner spoke with obvious personal sincerity, but I have to say that her institution is simply not serious and not credible about discrimination. She tells us that the Staff Regulations do not permit action to make sure that disabled people have access to these very well paid jobs. So you change the Staff Regulations if you are serious about it. I have tabled parliamentary questions about this – nobody answers, in the same way that I have tabled dozens of parliamentary questions about how many people from ethnic minorities work in the EU institutions. No answers, nobody counts, nobody cares. It is not good enough to be personally sincere. Disabled people have a right to the well-paid jobs in your institutions and you are not giving them those jobs. It does not matter why. You are not. You could, but you are not."@en1
