lpv:spoken text	"I voted in support of the resolution on the progress report on Serbia. The report welcomes the formal beginning of accession talks which began on 21  January 2014. It draws attention to certain problems in the country yet to be overcome including media freedom, deteriorating conditions for freedom of expression and lack of transparency in the funding of political parties. Serbia must make an effort to address these challenges. It is hoped that accession talks will continue progressing smoothly."@en1
