lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the motion for a resolution on the 2014 Progress Report on Montenegro along with the Socialists and Democrats Group. The progress report highlights that Montenegro has opened sixteen chapters in accession negotiations and has already provisionally closed two. This is real progress in the enlargement process. Reforms are still necessary in areas such as the rule of law, public administration and discrimination against women and LGBTI community members. S&D presented amendments on issues such as anti-discrimination, rights of vulnerable members of society and other social issues with most being adopted or considered in the compromises."@en1
