lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, I would hope that this is pretty uncontroversial. We think that this is a poorly entitled resolution before we have even started on it. To look at just the violence caused by IS, which is of course deplorable, is to miss the fact that there is an awful lot of other violence going on within these two countries which is causing an ongoing humanitarian situation. To focus this simply on IS, we think, misses a point and misses a wider agenda that would be addressed by ‘The humanitarian crisis in Iraq and Syria, in particular in the IS context’, because it is right that we should take account of IS, of course, but there is a much wider picture which this House should really be cognisant of. So I would hope that colleagues will support this – I hope – sensible change."@en1
