It is essential to update the current rules to reflect the modern reality, market and methods of trading. These reforms ensure an increased clarity and flexibility for consumers which will in turn also increase consumer confidence. It is vital that we close loopholes, making clear to travel companies their duty of care to holidaymakers and their own liability."@en1
