lpv:spoken text	"The European Commission has put forward a proposal to develop a new instrument, the Programme for Social Change and Innovation, which will support employment and social policies throughout the EU. I am in favour of this proposal, as I believe that it will help tackle key EU issues, such as unemployment, poverty and social exclusion. The PSCI will also integrate the programme for employment and social solidarity, the European employment services and the European Progress Micro-finance Facility. I believe that this will increase the effectiveness of these instruments and improve policy cohesion throughout the board. I hope that the Programme for Social Change and Innovation will ensure that employment and social policies will make an even greater contribution to Europe 2020."@en1
