lpv:translated text	". − I voted in favour of the report by Mr Zwiefka as it raises a good number of issues regarding legal certainty. I also believe that we need to improve the efficiency of jurisdiction agreements as this will avoid ‘abusive tactics’. The report also deals with enforceable judgments that were adopted in the Member State where the original procedure was conducted. We have to work towards ensuring that an enforceable judgment can be enforced in other EU Member States without requiring any intermediate proceedings. I believe we also have to improve the efficiency of court of arbitration agreements to ensure that the will of the given parties is fully asserted. I am sure that if the proposals made in the report are implemented this will be a significant boost to legal certainty."@en1
