lpv:spoken text	"I voted for this proposal. The Commission proposal is seeking to extend the time limit on the current 12 mile access regime. Within the framework of the existing CFP legislation, Article 17(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 2371/2002 establishes a derogation from the equal access principle within 12 nautical miles of each Member State. The derogation is in place from 1 January 2003 until 31 December 2012. The current proposal seeks to extend this period to 31 December 2014."@en1
