".
Mr President, our work as representatives of the citizens of the European Union is meant to guarantee their EU rights and freedoms, and offer solutions for equal and sustainable development, which can eliminate class differences and all types of inequalities within each state.
EU development policies should be based on uniform administrative and fiscal governance that can eliminate extreme poverty and dependence on aid in developing countries. This proposal barely mentions the situation of the disabled in developing countries, 82 % of whom live below the poverty line. In conjunction with the private sector, our efforts should focus on finding solutions and immediate benefits for this category."@en1
