However, we vehemently oppose certain aspects of this report: the European Financial Stability Mechanism is included, which therefore legitimises this mechanism and guarantees its financing. Furthermore, the final proposal extends the possibility of creating public-private partnerships, by proposing that the Commission ‘entrusts the budget implementation to public-private partnerships’.
