lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour because I consider that the proposals of the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament to slightly increase the payment appropriations, with a proposed increase of 6.82 %, should be taken into account. This increase is needed given the European Commission’s proposal of less than 3.8 %, which I consider to be out of line with the Compact for Growth and Jobs. I therefore feel that it is vital that the European Parliament does not accept any level of payment appropriations for 2013 that does not totally cover the 2012 payment needs. The European Union must show the necessary solidarity and, above all, boost the recovery of growth in the internal market."@en1
