The European Single Market has brought tremendous benefits to the citizens of Europe whilst opening up new opportunities for European businesses. In a time of economic crisis, the EU’s priority should be to abolish all of the unjustified obstacles there still are to the free flow of goods, services and workers. I also believe there is a need to act rapidly to use any EU funds available to reduce youth unemployment. It is very important to step up the European Investment Bank’s actions to support access to finance. It is also important to foster research and innovation and to make better use of available EU funds to support projects which stimulate economic growth."@en1
