"Parliament has voted in favour of the Áder report by a very large majority and I welcome that. This report amends the proposal for a directive by extending its scope to the transport of substances and intermediate short-term temporary storage, which is directly related to transport. In addition, Member States should ensure that up-to-date, reviewed information on prevention is permanently available to the public. Information on how dangerous the product is should be communicated to personnel, who may be at risk. The report also deals with issues related to prohibition of use and inspections of the establishments concerned."@en1
