A number of the Members of this House are opposed to the report on the basis that greater priority should be given to other forms of transport, such as rail. Whilst this may be a valid argument in some parts of the EU, it ignores the geographical and demographic realities of other parts, such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland."@en1
