lpv:translated text	"As with the report on the EU-Armenia association agreement, this report places great focus on the unresolved conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan over Nagorno-Karabakh and it, too, mentions a certain imbalance in the recommendations to the parties involved for settling the conflict. The gap between the texts setting out the European Parliament’s recommendations could be sorely perceived by the parties to the conflict and runs the risk of the European Union losing its image of neutrality.
