lpv:spoken text	"Along with my ECR colleagues, I voted in favour of the motion for resolution about the 6th World Water Forum. The World Water Forum only meets once every three years so we need to make sure that we make the most out of this platform to discuss aspects of water policy. At the end of the day, we need to ensure that the human right of access to water as a basis to ensure wellbeing is upheld. We need to bring the World Water Forum into our fight against climate change and poverty, both of which are linked with water access. We need to make sure that regional and local roles are clearly defined, as this is where the bulk of the work is being and will be done. We need to continue with the good work outlined in the ‘Blueprint to Safeguard Europe's Water Resources’ report."@en1
