Together with fellow Members of the Group of the European People’s Party (PPE), I voted in favour of this UNECE regulation which will ‘allow for the application of the same standards in many countries by taking away red tape’. Consequently, we authorised the European Commission, the European Union’s representative at the UNECE, to vote in favour of this regulation which will increase the influence of our industry in the global market."@en1
