lpv:translated text	"I am voting for this report, as I believe that it is vital that this single procedure becomes a reality as soon as possible, as it strengthens the public’s right to participate in the European Common Market, as well as strengthening the principle of the freedom of movement of people within the EU area. In view of the increase in movement between Member States of people who work and live in a Member State that is not their country of origin, there is a growing need to cut the red tape surrounding processes, in order to allow for the unhindered freedom provided for in the EU Treaties, and enabling citizens to fully enjoy their rights more easily."@en1
