lpv:translated text	"There is no way I could have voted in favour of this report, since it is a clear interference in the internal affairs of Ukraine. The aim of the association agreement currently being negotiated by the European Union and Ukraine is to establish a free trade zone between the two regions, which will not be beneficial to the populations of either of them, but instead to the economic interests of the EU. Meanwhile, the EU is also imposing a European perspective in this association agreement. This is nothing short of an obligation requiring Ukraine to introduce internal reforms and systematic and irreversible changes in a wide range of significant social, economic, political and institutional areas, which have already been undertaken or are in the process of being undertaken. In my view, this is unacceptable interference in the country’s sovereignty, and that is why I voted against this report."@en1
