lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this document because accession negotiations with Croatia have now been concluded, bringing to an end almost six years of negotiation and several years of preparation that have significantly altered the country’s socio-political, economic and cultural landscape. Reforms must continue, however, and I believe that this process is not complete but should continue with the same vigour and hard work after the conclusion of the negotiations and beyond accession. The positive results of this process will strengthen support for EU membership among Croatia’s citizens, as well as their trust in it, and will encourage people to participate in the EU referendum and support the signing of the Accession Treaty. I welcome the signing of the Accession Treaty, and all EU Member States should now complete its ratification in a timely manner."@en1
