There have been a certain number of EU initiatives in recent years to make it easier for people living in Kaliningrad to travel. However, given their very specific geographical situation, these initiatives have not been enough to prevent the region and its inhabitants from becoming marginalised. The aim of this report is to approve the European Commission proposal to review and, if necessary, extend these initiatives to help the inhabitants of Kaliningrad to travel to Europe. I voted in favour of this report."@en1
