lpv:spoken text	"Just while you are in the Chamber, Mr Kelly, I am aware of your complaint about the way in which we select speakers in Question Time to the Commission and I am one of the two Vice-Presidents who chairs that. There are problems. Yesterday, for example, there were 60 people requesting the floor and we could only get through 20 questions, so that is 40 dissatisfied Members. We are considering alternatives to selecting the speakers. One of the proposals from me is that we have a big glass bowl on the table here and we fill it with coloured ping pong balls with numbers on, and I merely select from the bowl. We are indeed considering alternatives to the way we do it at the moment, but thank you for pointing out the problems."@en1
