lpv:spoken text	"I voted for this resolution which calls for, in the case of insolvency proceedings, a four-fold structure of future legislative initiatives: (1) harmonisation where possible, (2) revision of the Insolvency Regulation where it will remain – in addition to harmonisation – relevant and where the practice has proven that improvement can be made, (3) improvement of the cooperation of liquidators and cooperation in general on administrative level in cases where enterprises that are part of a group of companies become insolvent and (4) creation of an EU Registry for insolvency cases."@en1
