lpv:translated text	"I voted for this text because it sets new limits for emissions of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons and particulates for agricultural and forestry ‘narrow-track’ tractors. This is a natural choice, which aims to step up the reduction in pollutant emissions for this particular category of vehicle as well. Furthermore, in order to accommodate the needs of the main manufacturers, who are requesting more time to be able to develop systems able to meet these objectives, I consider the Commission’s proposal to postpone the date for introducing the last two most restrictive maximum emission levels to be a balanced one."@en1
