lpv:translated text	"On 10 May 2011, the European Parliament decided to postpone the discharge decision for the financial year 2009 and called for further investigations and answers on the budget management of the European Police College. Comprehensive investigations have since been carried out, with some external help. The European Police College has now largely fulfilled Parliament’s specific requirements and its ongoing compliance will be constantly monitored. The previous management team of the College has also been replaced. For these reasons, Mr Stavrakakis is now proposing to grant the new Director of the European Police College discharge in respect of the implementation of the college’s budget for the financial year 2009. The future development of the college will be subject to strict requirements. It will be constantly monitored and Parliament will be kept permanently informed of the situation.
