I agree with the proposal made in the report to increase female participation on managing boards, in order to achieve a critical mass of 30% by 2015. I trust that the Commission will apply new policies to promote female equality in the workplace and to prevent discrimination against them in terms of pay and professional classification, among other things."@en1
